Charge Inquiry
See a Cash Planners charge you don’t recognize? Here’s how to identify it and have it reviewed.
Why a Cash Planners charge appears
Cash Planners charges appear when a plan or day pass is started from our website. The charge descriptor on your statement may show a shortened version of our name, which is why it can look unfamiliar at first glance.
How to identify the charge
- Check the date of the charge against when the plan was started.
- Compare the amount with the plan or day pass selected at checkout.
- Check whether a family member or someone sharing your card started the plan.
Ask us to review a charge
- Open the request form and choose Charge Inquiry.
- Enter the email address used at checkout.
- Enter the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card used. These partial digits let us locate the exact transaction without your full card number.
- Describe the charge date and amount, then submit.
Never send your full card number or security code. We only ever need the first 6 and last 4 digits.
