Cancel your Cash Planners plan and stop future renewals.
Before you cancel
Cancelling stops future renewal charges. Send the request as soon as possible if your renewal date is close, so it can be reviewed before the next billing cycle.
How to cancel
- Open the request form and choose Cancel Subscription.
- Enter the email address used when the plan was started.
- Enter the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card being billed.
- Add any detail that helps us match the account, then submit. We confirm the cancellation by email.
After you submit
- You receive a request number on screen — keep it for reference.
- Our support team will review your request and respond by email.
- Check your spam or junk folder so you don’t miss the reply.
