Cancel your Cash Planners plan and stop future renewals.
Before you cancel
Cancelling stops all future renewal charges. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
How to cancel
- Open the request form and choose Cancel Subscription.
- Enter the email address used when the plan was started.
- Enter the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card being billed.
- Add any detail that helps us match the account, then submit. We confirm the cancellation by email.
After you cancel
- You receive an email confirmation with your request number.
- No further renewal charges are made to your card.
- Keep the confirmation email for your records.
Cancelling close to a renewal date? Submit the request as soon as possible so it is processed before the next billing cycle.
